Job Description
Purpose and Impact:
Amentum is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to support mission‑critical communications systems for senior leader decision‑support environments. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong military communications background, hands‑on experience with HF, UHF, and AEHF satellite communications, and direct experience operating communications security (COMSEC) equipment, including keying material handling and loading. This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance that has been adjudicated in the last 5 years or designated CE and the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses.
Work Schedule: Work is performed onsite 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Additionally, there is an on-call requirement that is rotated amongst the team members.
