Location: Remote after initial 30-day on-site orientation and training in Raleigh ( 1-2 days per month required onsite in Raleigh, ongoing)

Schedule: Flexible Mon-Sat hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week

Contract Type: 1099, paid per assessment, 1 year +

Specialty: Primary Care or related
