- Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable banking solutions based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
- Record customer interactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
- Adhere to the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
