Job Description:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to introduce and sell products.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, online chat, and email while providing appropriate customer care and sales support.
- Support product promotion through telemarketing activities.
- Qualify and transfer potential customers to the partners order-handling team.
- Update and maintain customer information in Company As database.
- Perform consultation and customer care calls based on assigned programs.
- Training period will be counted as part of probation (paid at 85% of total salary).
