Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
• Manage/store customer information on the company system.
• Take care and support existing customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
• Complete the assigned KPIs as prescribed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM graduate with at least 3 months of telesales experience (making sales via call out).
• Fresh graduates are most welcome.
• Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, insurance, online business.
