Job Description
- Promote IT cloud solutions and share product information through phone calls
- Identify potential customers and their needs and market the right cloud solution based on identified needs
- Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and anticipate customer needs while facilitating resolution of problems
- Aid in setting up meetings between prospects and the Sales Lead
- Achieve individual call and performance KPIs
- Ensure that all telesales-related updates are properly recorded
- Work closely with Sales Lead to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve committed product targets
- Constantly communicate with the Sales Lead regarding relevant feedback and insights from prospects
