Temp Database Administrator (6 months - 12 months) #JTL

Monitor the overall progress of Alumni Database collation.
Compile and consolidate alumni information from multiple sources (e.g. internal databases, spreadsheets, etc)
Clean and standardise data (e.g. names, personal email and programme) and de-duplicate records to ensure consistency and accuracy
Verify and update alumni records via email or other communication channels (Yearbook, LinkedIn)
Track response rates and maintain proper documentation of follow-ups
Identify data gaps and systematically follow up to improve completeness
Assist in designing and distributing data collection forms/surveys (e.g. Google Forms)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in MS Office
