Temp Staff (HR)

• Process and follow up on billings related to staff movements, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with HR partners to provide customer-centric HR services and advice to line divisions and research entities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to process, coordinate, and clarify billing related matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records in the shared folder and regularly update the billing tracker.
• Manage provision, accruals, and fractionation for cost charging, and administer staff records in the HR online database system, along with other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• HR Payroll/Finance experience and knowledge of SAP (Not Mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
