Job Description

Responsibilities
  • In charge of verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
  • Responsible in assisting in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
  • In charge of rejecting damaged items and recording discrepancies.
  • In charge of data entry into ERP system.
  • Responsible in assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
  • In charge of visually inspecting material for defects and reporting these and any unusual situation immediately.
  • Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
