Primary Purpose of Position

The Business Manager (Grants & Consortium Operations) provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational management for the HBCU Health Equity Data Consortium. This position is responsible for overseeing grant administration, managing sub-awards across partner institutions, and ensuring efficient back-office operations to support the Consortium’s research and training mission.

The Business Manager serves as a key liaison between North Carolina A&T State University and Consortium partner institutions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university policies while facilitating strong collaborative relationships.
