Temporary Core Faculty - Social Work

The Opportunity
Lesley University’s Department of Social Work is seeking applicants for a temporary position (full-time, 9-month). Qualified applicants will bring teaching, practice and research expertise including experience working with diverse students and evidence of inclusive teaching at the MSW level. Practice, research, and/or policy experience/expertise with neurodiverse individuals, couples, and families, is preferred, though not required.
Qualities and Capabilities- An earned Doctorate in Social Work or related field by September 1, 2025.- An earned Masters in Social Work (MSW) with two years post-MSW practice experience.- A record of successful teaching at the MSW level.- Experience working with diverse communities preferred.- Evidence of inclusive teaching and practice.- Demonstrable engagement in academic scholarship.- A well-developed research agenda.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced program environ...
