Temporary Officer - Asst Manager/ Manager / Senior Manager,Organisational Policy

What you will be working on:

• Research, benchmark, and draft policy papers on organisational transformation.
• Engage internal stakeholders to gather views and surface issues, and support consultations on transformation-related matters.
• Work across multiple workstreams to align policy intent with implementation and communications, and provide secretariat support where needed.
• Monitor implementation progress and emerging issues, and help prepare updates for senior management.

• A degree in any discipline, with experience in policy development or the implementation of organisational initiatives.
• Comfortable working with data to surface insights and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
