Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and digitising physical documents
- Preparing, sorting and indexing files for electronic storage
- Ensuring scanned documents are accurately named and filed
- Archiving and organising physical records
- Maintaining document confidentiality and data integrity
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
