Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) play a vital role in transforming public service delivery and tackling complex national challenges. At S&TPPO, the People & Capability Development team drives strategic Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives to strengthen the workforce ecosystem for public sector STE professionals. Our work spans competency development, capability planning, and talent initiatives that shape a future‑ready STE workforce.

We are seeking a proactive and independent team player to support our Workforce Development (WD) portfolio. This role requires strong initiative, critical thinking, a fast turnaround mindset, and the ability to manage projects from start to end. You will work across domains and with multiple stakeholders, contributing to the implementation of workforce capability frameworks and awards initiatives that support the growth and development of STE professionals in the public sector.
