Tenancy Co-Ordinator

Finders Keepers are a leading letting agency across Oxfordshire with a dedication to professionalism and quality service within the property industry.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Co-ordinator to join our team in our North Oxford hub.


This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. 


Main Purpose of the Job


To be responsible for all administrative aspects of the letting process.


Key responsibilities:

  • Process tenancy applications and produce all tenancy agreements and associated paperwork ensuring a high degree of accuracy

  • Plan and process tenancy renewals

  • Monitor and progress references as required

  • Liaise with colleagues, clients and tenants when required

  • Provide administrative support to the letting and property management teams when required
