Tenant Acquisition Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reporting To: COO

We are seeking a commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and onboarding of food & beverage brands across our growing UAE portfolio of community destinations. This includes food trucks, cafés, QSR operators, modular retail hubs, and petrol station retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and secure high-quality F&B tenants.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships with local and international operators.
• Manage the full tenant acquisition cycle: outreach, negotiation, and lease execution.
• Curate tenant mixes to maximize footfall and business success.
• Monitor F&B trends and provide market insights for expansion opportunities.
