• Develop, execute and keep updated the Tender Strategy and tactical plan for Sweden and Finland in collaboration with the Sales Director Nordics, local Sales & Marketing team and Global Market Access team with the aim of securing optimal positions with our dual brand product portfolio within Ostomy and Continence Care on tenders.
• Responsible for continuously looking for optimization to maximize tender outcomes in Sweden and Finland and work closely with different stakeholders in both countries to ensure that value propositions are part of the Go2Market plan and monitor progress of this plan.
