Tender & Quantity Take-Off Specialist

BESIX CONSTRUCT LLC in Dubai is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to coordinate tender documents and prepare accurate quantity take-offs. This role involves reviewing tender documents, supporting post-tender processes, and ensuring thorough documentation of all quantities for projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and have up to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. CANDY software knowledge is a plus.
