Term Student Counsellor(O/VDPO/Term_SC/07/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To provide counseling and guidance services to local and non-Chinese speaking students, including counseling on further studies & career development, and assistance in fieldwork placement; (b) To market, promote and implement the People of Different Races Programme for Ethnic Minority Youth (EMY), schools, NGOs, and the local community; (c) To organise student and office activities and functions, including extra-curricular activities and volunteer services; and (d) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration. Requirements : (a) A recognised degree in Social Work or relevant discipline, preferably with post-graduate qualification; (b) Registration under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance Chapter 505 as social worker; (c) At least 3 years’ relevant experience in personal / career counseling, administration of student services and youth work; (d) Good presentation and interpersonal skills and pr...
