Terminal IT/OT On-site Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Service Operations Technician to support daily IT and operational technology (OT) services at our terminal operations. You will work as part of a local and regional technology team, ensuring that end users and infrastructure systems operate reliably and efficiently. This role focuses on hands‑on support, maintenance, and incident resolution across IT and OT environments, with exposure to a wide range of technologies including end‑user devices, network infrastructure, and terminal‑related systems. It offers an opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing directly to the continuity and performance of terminal operations.
