Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of Material Handler Specialists to ensure operational targets and service levels are met.Allocate workloads, set priorities, and ensure appropriate manpower coverage for daily operations.Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members to enhance skills, productivity, and service quality.Conduct regular performance monitoring, feedback, and preliminary performance evaluations.Support onboarding, training, and skills development for new and existing team members.
