Job Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate Performance Tester with hands‑on experience in LoadRunner to join our team for a 12-month onsite engagement in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance testing strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
- Execute various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing .
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to understand performance requirements.
