Job Description
We are hiring for the position of SoC DFX DV Lead for a 1-year extendable contract opportunity based in Penang, Malaysia.
Job Type: 1 Year Contract (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop SoC DFX test plans based on design specifications
- Lead DFX DV testbench development and maintenance
- Drive SoC level DFX verification and test case development
- Support Cross-die Co-sim & power-aware simulations
- Collaborate with ATE/Test Engineering teams for silicon bring-up
- Improve DFX DV flow robustness and efficiency
- Lead DFX DV quality reviews and milestone signoffs
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JTAG 1149.1 / 1500 / 1687 protocols
- Experience in System Verilog & UVM
- Scripting skills in Perl, Tcl or Python
- Proven team leadership experience
