**Snapshot of Your Day**As a Laboratory Team Leader / Test Engineer, you will lead the Test Field shift at our Switchgear factory in Querétaro, within the EQS (EHS, Quality & Safety) function.You will combine technical expertise and leadership to coordinate the test team, ensure the correct execution of high-voltage electrical and mechanical tests, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer requirements across Mexico, Europe, and the United States.
**How You'll Make an Impact**- Lead the Test Field technical team during the shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical and electrical test activities according to customer requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and international testing standards.
