POSITION: TEST ENGINEERING MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: Rosario, Cavite

WORK SCHEDULE: 5x a week, compressed workweek

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-Time/Permanent

JOB SUMMARY: The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to strategically bridge the gap between NPD/Industrialization Team, Manufacturing Engineering and Equipment reliability. This role mainly focuses on optimizing Test processes, improving Yield, and maximizing Production equipment uptime through Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
