Qualifications
- Minimum 13+ years in Test Management / SDLC
- 10–12 years in Banking / Financial Services (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Functional & Technical Testing
- Experience managing large testing teams
- Hands‑on experience in Agile & Waterfall projects
- Strong stakeholder and defect management experience
Mandatory Skills
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) – Mandatory
- Experience with:
- JIRA
- Confluence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing activities and teams
- Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Reports
- Manage defect triage and escalations
- Provide status reporting and stakeholder updates
- Ensure quality, timelines, and test process adherence
