Job Description

Purpose Statement: To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Regarded as a go to technical leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for discipline specific process development, process improvement or troubleshooting.
