Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support testing and product validation activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Configure and set up products according to test requirements.
- Troubleshoot product failures and work with engineering teams on yield improvement.
- Maintain test records, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and production activities.
- Conduct training for new team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or server-related industries.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with servers, computers, PCBA testing, or electronic systems.
