Tester - 1st Shift - Industrial Equipment & Automation Division

**Job Description:**

This position will be responsible for performing electrical tests for IE&A products and must have the ability to work and communicate within a team environment.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Perform high voltage and final tests for all products
+ Set-up and complete extended end of line test
+ Assemble products as needed
+ Must comply to all IE&A/Miller safety procedures
+ Candidate will be required to move/cross train in any of the IE&A Buildings per customer demands (tester utilization)
+ Candidate will be required to have valuable input within the Miller Employee Involvement process

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

**Functional** **Tester: Must have completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course**

**Certificate** **Tester: Electronics Fundamentals Certificate from FVTC**

**Degreed** **Tester: Associate’s in Electronics, Electro-mechanical Technology, or any other related degree**
