Tezira, Courtney and Ann's Story (2025)

In the spring of 2025, we explored the story of the relationship between young adult Tezira and staff members Courtney and Ann.

Courtney and Ann have supported Tezira throughout the entirety of her time in our . During this time, Tezira has become far more engaged with a whole host of activities at Prior's Court.

In the short film, Courtney explains how despite Tezira being non-verbal, she finds so many ways of expressing herself and communicating her needs - which, having worked with her for so long, Courtney understands and can interpret.
