Position: FX Sales Retention Agent (Thai)

• Promote the companys FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
• Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
• Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
• Deliver consistent high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
• Stay up to date with financial markets trading conditions and product updates
• Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets

• Native or fluent Thai both spoken and written
• Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
