The Queensmith Academy is Recruiting SEPT2026 Cohort, Goldsmith Curriculum

At Queensmith, we understand that our greatest asset is our exceptional team. The Queensmith Academy is our three-year development programme for individuals with a foundational understanding of jewellery-making who want to build a genuine career as a Goldsmith.

This is a fixed-term contract for the 3-year duration of the Academy curriculum, reflecting the structured training programme you will be following.

We have up to 6 places available for our September 2026 intake.

You'll work alongside our production team, learning from experienced mentors and progressing through increasingly complex tasks as your skills develop. By the end of the three-year programme, you'll be equipped to Queensmith standards, and for those who show the skill and progress we're looking for, there's the opportunity to move into a permanent role with us as our team grows if business needs allow at the time.
