We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Therapeutic Care and Education Service. Currently, we have one full-time position and casual roles available. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

1. Able to form strong, positive, trusting relationships with tamariki mokopuna aged 5-13 years
2. An ability to deeply engage, motivate, and offer consistent kindness
3. Trauma-capable skills and understanding*
4. Self-regulation
5. Social and emotional coaching skills, co-regulation, and skills in restorative practice*
6. Observation and report writing skills, along with computer literacy
7. Openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori
