Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals. 
Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills. 
Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices. 
Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.
