The Utah State Hospital is seeking a qualified Therapist to work with patients on our civil units in beautiful Provo, Utah. At the Utah State Hospital, we work with mentally ill individuals of all ages, with various diagnoses and wide range of severity. Our goal is to improve our patients overall quality of life and in many cases, facilitate integration into their families and community.
Principle Duties:
Therapists at the Utah State Hospital are responsible to:

evaluate and assess the needs of patients.

develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions.

write therapeutic assessments.

coordinate with the unit treatment team regarding treatment.

case management duties for patients.
