Are you looking for a meaningful, practical role where you can support people to rebuild confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life? Better Days is looking for a Therapy Assistant / Rehab Coach to join our Auckland team. This role suits someone who is reliable, compassionate, confident working with people, and motivated to help clients practise the activities and strategies that support their rehabilitation goals.
You do not need to be a registered clinician for this role. You will work under the guidance of experienced allied health professionals and support clients in real‑life environments such as their home, school, workplace, university, or local community.
