Description: Home visits are required for this position. Periodic office meetings will be scheduled. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors are expected to be assigned between 5-10 patients daily, which equates to roughly 6-8 points. Guaranteed hours are not provided. If patient census is low and impact financial needs, contractors should communicate with management for options. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups.
