+ Support coating technology industrialization into the coating supply base
+ Conduct and support coating qualifications of turbine hot gas path components
+ Evaluate in-process manufacturing data with respect to design intent
+ Ensure new components follow the principles of design for manufacturing
+ Draft and revise product definition as well as design for manufacturing philosophies
