A private equity firm that works with healthcare services companies is hiring for a T1/2 Helpdesk Professional to join their team on a contract basis (with the potential to convert to full-time). This is a hybrid role with 4 days in office Monday-Thursday in Waltham, MA.

They are looking for a helpdesk professional who has experience with providing support for the Microsoft Suite, M365 applications, Zoom, Mac IOS, and Claude experience is a plus. You will be providing T1/2 with support face to face for end users so excellent customer service is essential as well.

Contract Duration: 6 Months with possibility of conversion to full-time
