The Desktop Support Technician will provide production-based support to all corporate end users across the Midwest region of the enterprise. Production based responsibilities include managing all escalated tickets for tier 2 support - software and hardware based. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to grow in a large corporate environment. We are seeking individuals with great communication skills who are eager and hungry to grow with a rapidly growing team.
