In this role, you will be a driving force for our customer satisfaction initiatives, reporting to the Manager of Customer Care. You will utilize your expertise in networking and technical solutions, guiding clients through issues and ensuring timely resolutions. This includes understanding EGATE's offerings and participating in ongoing training while completing documentation accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address technical issues through escalated calls and emails
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve complex customer issues
• Keep customers updated on ongoing, prolonged problems
• Engage in product and service training regularly
• Maintain accurate records in the customer database
