Duties & Responsibilities

A provider of cutting-edge Managed IT Services seeks a strong technical Tier 3 Engineer to provide professional client communication and customer service as you resolve client issues and assist with new user setups. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years’ work experience in an IT related field including Firewalls and security devices; Switches and infrastructure & proficiency with Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, managing Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS.

DUTIES:

• Maintain professional client communication and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
• Develop and maintain your technical knowledge base of clients.
• Resolve client issues and assist with new user setups.
• Be a resource to the team in Research and Development.
