- As the coach of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to partner store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach teams.
- You will coach for client experience and performance through observation of daily client interactions on the sales floor,
- Partner with store leadership for frequent check-ins, facilitate trainings for business objectives, and track coaching conversations.
