Responsabilidades
- Backoffice : Set up Commercial General Liability and Workers Compensation claims using information provided by the insured, broker or claimant. Net pay $16,196/month. Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am–4:00pm and Friday 6:00am–3:00pm (or alternative shift).
- Tech Support : Provide technical support for Salesforce, troubleshooting software and connectivity issues. Net pay $18,860+ bonuses. Hours: Mon–Fri 6:00am–3:40pm or 8:20am–6:00pm.
- Customer Service Freeway : Managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting insured customers with payments, policy reinstatements, and general inquiries. Net pay $17,732/month. Hours: Mon–Sat 6:00am–4:00pm, 7:00am–5:00pm, 9:00am–7:00pm (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday); Sundays off.
