Tiktok shop affiliate manager

We're hiring a Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Manager We're looking for someone based in Mexico to join Social Tale and work alongside Leslie supporting some of the biggest brands on Tik Tok Shop.
This role is ideal for someone who loves creator outreach, relationship building, and making affiliate campaigns perform.
You'll be responsible for: • Recruiting and onboarding creators • Managing creator relationships • Supporting product launches, flash sales, and campaigns • Communicating directly with clients via Slack, email, and calls • Tracking affiliate performance and optimizing results • Working closely with our strategy team on creator briefs and content direction
Requirements: At least 1 year of hands-on Tik Tok Shop experience Strong understanding of creators and the Tik Tok ecosystem Comfortable speaking with clients and creators Organized and able to manage multiple relationships at once Fluent English
