Job Description
Overview
As a Tiler Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing and managing tiling projects in the city of Karachi. You will work closely with a team of skilled tilers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize tiling projects, including determining material and labor requirements
- Supervise a team of tilers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment and order supplies as needed
- Train new tilers on techniques and company policies
