Job Description
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Clearance Coordinator for a title company for the San Antonio, TX or Las Vegas, NV area.
The Title Clearance Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Review title commitments, title reports, and title searches to identify requirements and potential title defects.
- Coordinate and resolve title curative issues including liens, judgments, unreleased mortgages, probate matters, and other encumbrances.
- Work closely with title examiners, escrow teams, lenders, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of title issues.
