Title – Title Closing Role

Position – Fulltime

Location – Jenkintown, PA

Salary - $Open (Best Possible)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up and communicate with internal team, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure all matters are addressed prior to closing.
• Review title search/commitment to address all curative matters.
• Facilitate all lender title requests as needed.
• Confirm all scheduled closing appointments with transaction parties.
• Process files as needed (surveys, HOA/COA, mortgages, utilities, etc.).
• Prepare CDs, settlement statements, deeds, and other settlement documents.
• Attend and conduct closings.
• Escrow officer functions (fund and disburse closing files).
• Post close files as needed including e-recording.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
