We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of files from title commitment through closing readiness. This role is critical to ensuring transactions move smoothly by identifying title issues, coordinating with all parties, and proactively resolving outstanding requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two files are exactly alike.
