Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Tobacco Dependence Team Coordinator to join our Tobacco Dependence Inpatient Team. You will be pivotal in helping patients give up smoking and/or the use of other tobacco containing products through evidence-based interventions and ensure they have support post discharge.
